The first and primary purpose of planetaustintx is to share just a few cool things to do in Austin, Texas.  The site will provide lists of links and thoughts about the bands, bars, restaurants, live music venues, retail, and any other entity that contributes to the city’s greatness.  The City of Austin and the State of Texas have been very good to us and this blog is just our small way of giving back.  Please come visit Austin, Texas and have a damn good time.  If you already sleep and work in Austin, Texas, it is now time you start living and enjoying all this city has to offer.
